Job Description
The Affiliate Marketing Coordinator is responsible for finding and managing partners, influencers, and ambassadors to promote our brand products and create content for us on an ongoing basis. Main goals include generating content, driving traffic, boosting sales, reaching new demographics, re-engaging past prospects, and increasing brand awareness.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with managing existing affiliate partnerships, negotiating and scheduling content rich campaigns to hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
- Assist with managing our growing network of product review sites, bloggers, media partners, sub-affiliates and coupon/ loyalty programs
- Successfully coordinate our affiliate marketing program by responding to incoming inquiries, guiding them through set up and serving as their main point of contact
- Actively recruit new affiliates and influencers leveraging your existing relationships, negotiating paid opportunities when applicable
- Assist with managing partners in effort to generate more brand awareness across all mediums of content (including Web: product reviews, blogs, news articles; Social Media: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Twitter)
- Help implement new systems to attract and retain new affiliates in effort to maximize our affiliate program and offerings
- Provide day to day support to affiliates and clients via email and phone
- Help develop and execute communication to affiliates
- Maintain affiliate promotional calendar
- Assist with managing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, communicate performance of the programs, and recommended improvements
- Ensure affiliates are paid on time and accurately
