Naturepedic, a certified organic mattress and bedding manufacturer headquartered in Chagrin Falls, OH is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to join our growing sales/marketing teams. The position will require leadership, customer interface skills, and strategic planning/execution capabilities with new and existing affiliates. The role will partner closely with Naturepedic’s sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

· Provide excellent customer service to maintain existing affiliates and acquire new affiliates.

· Maintain a highly proficient Naturepedic knowledge to better educate new and existing affiliates based on their areas of expertise

· Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to address affiliate needs in accurate and timely manner.

· Handle multiple aspects of customer-facing interactions ranging from emails, order processing, discussing organic certifications in depth.

· Relationship building, listening and learning customer needs.

· Implement affiliate marketing activity including email campaigns, newsletters, blog, etc to increase revenue targets.

· Collaborate with social team on influencers and social needs.

· Recommend process improvements to increase revenue targets.

· Develop business strategies to improve affiliate program.

· Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities.

· Work with management team to execute and close new affiliate deals.

· Communicate upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent problem solver when working with strong personality types
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Willing to travel domestically when appropriate, less than 10% of total work hours
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity

Supplemental pay types:

Experience:

  • Affiliate marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Social media management: 1 year (Preferred)
