Job Description:

As an Affiliate Manager at Consumer Genius Inc., you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our external affiliates and publishers, implementing and optimizing affiliate campaigns, and driving growth in our affiliate marketing program. You will be a crucial part of our digital marketing team, ensuring the success of our affiliate partnerships and contributing to the overall growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates and publishers. Recruit new affiliates to expand our affiliate network.
Communicate effectively with affiliates to optimize performance and resolve issues.

Affiliate Campaign Management: Create and manage affiliate offers and campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
Ensure all affiliate activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.

Offer Set-Up and Optimization: Set up affiliate offers and landing pages.
Continuously optimize offers to maximize conversions and revenue.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement A/B testing.

Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular performance reports to internal stakeholders.
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
Make data-driven decisions to improve affiliate marketing strategies.

Affiliate Payouts and Invoices: Manage affiliate payouts, commissions, and incentives.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of affiliate invoices and payments.

Compliance and Legal Oversight: Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements. Ensure affiliates adhere to legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies and performance metrics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining affiliate relationships.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset for optimizing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of financial services and lead generation is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized for managing payouts and invoices.
