The partnership will allow Beautycounter to accelerate its strategic initiatives, including increasing brand awareness as well as bolstering the company’s innovative, integrated, omni-channel business model. The transaction values the company at $1 billion. As the Affiliate Marketing Manager for eCommerce, you will be responsible for the acquisition of net new customers and building brand loyalty among existing customers via Affiliate and Podcast channels, with the opportunity to grow through cross-training on additional paid channels. You are an expert in affiliate marketing, with experience managing dynamic commission structures and full funnel affiliate programs. In this role, you will help to lead the planning and execution based on eCommerce growth goals, in partnership with our affiliate agency. You will work cross-functionally with the product marketing, brand, creative, analytics, and technology teams on campaign planning and execution. You should be highly analytical with the ability to manage efficiency and scale in parallel. Responsibilities Be the in-house expert for affiliate marketing – understand how different partnership paths work, and adopt/create strategies to grow Develop a strategy for finding high-value partners that increase brand awareness, brand value, and drive key business results Strengthen existing partnerships and turn ad-hoc publishers into long-term media partners Manage the emerging podcast channels and develop the evergreen strategy to drive sustained growth within this channel Partner with members of the creative services team on creative concepts, asset deliverables by channel, and testing opportunities Work closely with analytics to analyze channel level performance on an evergreen basis to ensure optimal revenue growth in alignment with annual goals Work with internal and external teams to get pixels placed on the site and ensure accuracy of product feeds for dynamic campaigns Partner closely with the brand marketing, influencer, and PR teams to ensure strategies are complementary and not competitive Provide reporting and recaps for various campaigns and initiatives as needed.
