We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Affiliate Marketing & Sales Director to join our team.
You will play a critical role in expanding our affiliate network and driving revenue growth through effective communication and networking
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our affiliate programs, establishing strong relationships with affiliate partners, and monitoring affiliate performance to achieve business objectives.

- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities, with a knack for connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and industries.
- Help develop and execute affiliate strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand exposure.

- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners that align with our target audience and business objectives.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to identify and address client objections effectively.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing regular communication, support, and performance feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new affiliate networks, and emerging technologies to ensure the continuous improvement and innovation of our affiliate marketing programs.
- Be willing to travel for work.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field a plus but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
