- Provide administrative support to Director, Affiliate Marketing
- Answer affiliate inquiries regarding program scheduling, formats, timings, and asset availability/delivery
- Track affiliate promotions
- Maintain affiliate data base to include key personnel, addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, e-mail groups
- Coordinate affiliate ticket requests
- Manage on-going affiliate requests for assets and communicate usage and subsequent promotional value to the respective brand marketing teams and channel partners
- Support the Affiliate Marketing Manager in the planning and in the execution of marketing and sales programs with key distribution partners – inclusive of, but not limited to, service and programming launches, acquisition/up-sell campaigns, free previews, sales incentives and promotional events
- Assist Affiliate Marketing team members with day to day marketing tasks, project coordination and administrative support as required
- Stay up to date on overall affiliate and brand objectives, to ensure efficient, strategic and creative execution of Point of Sale (POS) strategies and tactics
- Coordinate the briefing, implementation and deployment of affiliate marketing and sales tactics, inclusive of, but not limited, to B2C communications, sales incentives, training presentations and road shows
